PUBLIC NOTICE

CHA is experiencing technical difficulties with the online application feature of its website software.  As a result, the online application feature is in operable at this time.  We are working to identify and address the problem. 

In order to be fair to all concerned, CHA has posted this notice to inform all interested parties that the online application will be postponed until further notice. When the system is running again, we will repost the opening of the waitlist.
